Quarters are a great choice for 1-2 people allowing each person to consume approximately 1.2 pounds per week over a period of 1 year.

Is a Half right for you?

Halves work well for a medium-size family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children. This would allow each family member to consume approximately 1 lb. of beef per week over a period of 1 year.
