This would allow each family member to consume approximately
1 lb. of beef per week over a period 1 year.

Custom Cut
Beef cuts are available in quarter, halves or whole by printing out the form, filling it out and mailing it to us.
Prices will vary on custom orders depending on the animal.
All custom orders require a $300.00 deposit.
